- If travelling outside of the United States A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL and must be valid for at least 6 months after return date.

We do not include on any of our trips the following:
Dive & snorkel gear (usually available for rent)
Crew gratuity (15% recommended)
MEDICAL & TRAVEL INSURANCE: Every effort is made to ensure you have a safe trip but we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance in the event of unexpected changes in your travel plans. Also recommended is accident, baggage insurance, evacuation & medical cover for Scuba Diving. Please be aware that Scuba Diving and in-water activities are not covered by all Travel Insurance companies. Please read the wording of your policy carefully. NOTE: In a Medical Emergency any evacuation and medical expenses are the financial responsibility of that diver.
Travel protection is to help protect you and your trip investment. It is also recommended that all divers have diving accident insurance. You can request a brochure from our office or go to:

Travelex: Travel protection for a single trip. You may choose the TRAVEL SELECT policy and select the optional ADVENTURER PLUS PAK upgrade which waives the policy exclusions for extreme sports such as scuba diving.

Each trip that we offer seems to have different cancellation policies. Be sure to ask ahead of time what that may be. Most companies will keep the deposit and depending on how early you cancel depends on what you receive back, if anything.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: My Dive Shop LLC. and/or suppliers of services pursuant to or in connection with these itineraries shall act only as agents of the tour members in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants or any other service and do not assume any liability or monetary losses whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of default of any hotel, company, restaurant or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by an act of God. Further, My Dive Shop, LLC. does not assume any liability or monetary losses for any damages due to delay, sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The payment for a reservation on the trip shall constitute consent to all provisions contained herein.
